So here's a summary of the things we've done this year.So I worked my last month of my first work in the first month of this year.
Okay kidding.
New year - Spent it at a pub. At CQ, somehwere. Got connected back again with an old friend, Kaikai.
In January, I worked in (online fishing store), which is actually my first job (officially) after I graduated from UON.
By then, I was an oppressed and disgruntled worker. I was taking leaves and MCs to the moon because it didn't matter to me any more since some things happened and yeah, that's that.
Then I quit my job there, and went back to Maple.
During which, I was still helping Shimreels to do their newsletter because they still weren't able to find anyone to fill in. Which I did, and was actually really happy earning it because it was basically my expenditure fund so I could save up all my FT job's pay. Didn't last for long, half a year I guess, because I got cut off (pretty rudely in my opinion) from that. And yeah. There's that.
Celebrated Chinese New Year over at Huiling's place. It was a steamboat celebration. I can still remember it, vaguely though. Tried to start going back to the gym, but that obviously was a failure.
And I met this nice guy, Virgo, because that's his horoscope.
March - we had the office painted.
April - I went to a super long site recce with the tonnes of people from many other companies, alone. Yep. Made a friend, Xavier. Which we went out over the weekends, once. Awkward. But I am really thankful he was there because he included me in most of the discussions and he accompanied me during that long, tiring recce. Hahahaha.
By end April, I decided I needed to get a savings policy. So I looked up an acquaintance to get help with that. On the day of the rendezvous, he went through the details and I undoubtedly sign it and paid in full for my policy. Only to cancel it after a few days because I was talked out of the policy because of its guaranteed sums and all that stuff.
May - went to first ever SUPER EXPENSIVE outdoor party which pretty much was quite a disappointment. Spent about $130 per ticket for the Hardwell @ Gardens by the Bay event, which was a super long wait before he began to spin. And the drinks were cray expensive. But it was for Weiyang's 18th birthday. Went to Zouk after, he got drunk and puked. HAHAHA.
Went to Rompin and was fishing on a boat. I think this is a first too.
Went to my first ever MMA live preview. Pretty damn cool except it felt super ouch.
June - Not much happened in this month. Tonnes of meetings and jobs and my schedule was basically pretty packed. With work stuff. LOL.
July - Started with the distribution for some of the stuff for CP CC with Peiling and Leo.
Attended LKY Musical. Work work work.
August - SG50 NDP and that's about it.
September - POLLING!
Attended some rallies and then made my first cross on the box! It was way simpler a process than I thought, but I was actually really nervous.
October - Signed quote for revamping company's website. Also signed for the fingerprint scanner system to be in place. Weiyang's driving TP test - which he passed, 12 points, was it?
November - 5 days trip to Bangkok with momkins and craycray sister ling. Bought 50 over apparels, averaging to about $6 per piece. Hello, spell C H E A P. Hahahhaa!
First time hanging out with my colleagues and we went to Omakase at Turf.
December - Attended Em's proposal by Eddie! :D First time ever attending something like that and I can't even feel honoured enough to be part of it.
Planned company's lunch for 50 pax. Had a Xmas BBQ at home. Signed a 15 year savings bond.
My resolutions for 2015:
Lose weight (HAHAHA NO WAY, I GAINED 3KG THIS YEAR)
Be healthy (HAHAHA I TRIED, REALLY)
Save money (Yeah, considerably. I put half my savings into a 15 year bond.)
Scuba diving (didn't happen. It's a really expensive sport)
Tennis (See above point, applies to this as well. Sigh)
Travel solo (Did not happen this year)
RESOLUTIONS FOR 2016?
- S. KOREA (seriously I need to buy a lot of skincare from there. LOL)
Prolly the most achievable goal.
